Best decision I made, guest house owner is the gem he helped me in every thing made me comfortable in a new country, made adjustments for me whenever I will come back in yerevan I will stay here again.

It's a terrible place. I arrived late, it was dark. The road to the "hotel" is not illuminated. The hotel stinks of dirty socks. The shower and toilet are combined. One for the whole floor. The shower from the toilet is only burned off by a curtain. There is no mirror in the room. I didn't find the kitchen. Repair for 3.
