I liked it - it was clean, cozy, warm, and the Kiev cake was delicious.
I didn't like it - the sandwich with chicken and sauce, after heating, turned out to be cold in the middle. She asked me to heat it up again. After that, the bread went limp until it was mashed. There is no fork! Are the sandwiches in this place supposed to be eaten with your hands? Yes... Somehow we ate it...
and that's not all! Hurray! There's a teaspoon attached to the cake!!! But, Dear employees of this institution! Kiev cake cannot be broken with your spoon without breaking it)) Thank you for putting in a lot of effort to save your inventory. Such confectionery products need a dessert fork or any other, but a FORK!
It was not possible to have fun, alas. We're cultured people, and it's not nice to eat with our hands in a public place, is it?
Recommendation - purchase forks and visitors will thank you!

A wonderful place in the very center of Grodno! Very tasty quality coffee, friendly staff. They will always help, tell and explain. Sweets and desserts in the coffee shop are always fresh.

Amazing hot chocolate. I don't think the taste has changed since 2009. And this is love, Pleasant service. The prices are below average and the interior is very cozy.

Disgusting service at the coffee shop, extremely rude salesman. They asked to give out a spoon for coffee or a stirrer, she refused, saying that only one spoon goes with dessert and coffee. It is sad that in a cozy place in the city center, one seller can completely spoil the opinion of the institution. The reaction to the freshness of the desserts was also rude. 1 star and no more.

Everything is normal, there is a large selection, you can collect sweets yourself, but this is not in every store, most likely only here. The cashier is not friendly, or maybe it seemed to me, although it is unlikely. I'm going to come back soon to buy homemade sweets.

A very cozy place. The hot chocolate was accompanied by a glass of water, as it should be, which was not in any Kommunarka coffee shop that I visited in Belarus (Minsk, Brest). One of the disadvantages is that there is no small 70g portion of hot chocolate, as in Minsk.

Very decently brewed coffee with good ones... No, great cakes. Girls and ladies like everyone, at least I have not met any exceptions. For not particularly sweet lovers, it's nice to hang out with a cup of coffee, meditate on the view of the old city outside the window.
A nice bonus is a branded store with a good selection of all good gifts.

Cozy atmosphere and convenient location.
You sit down at a table with red chairs and you don't want to leave anymore, pleasant music and delicious desserts. I am glad that there is also a store right here where you can buy gifts for your family.
Nice staff. Prices are like in any other cafe: not cheap, but not "sky-high" either.
Among the disadvantages: a small number of seats and it is likely that if you visit the cafe at the busiest time, there will be enough seats.
