Hello! I want to share our impressions after a trip to Moscow on 19.12-23.12.2024. In general, we liked the tour program, because we were with the children, we also visited the water park, the cable car on Vorobyovy Gory, Disneyland and rode an evening boat. We stayed at the Turris Tagansky 4* hotel. Wonderful hotel, pleasant staff, everything is clean and tidy, the breakfasts are delicious. One of the escorts with us was Julia from the Bi-Tour company. We still didn't understand why she was with us. We travel a lot and there is something to compare it with. Throughout the tour, not a word from her, she answered all questions without any desire, did not tell anything in advance about san.She didn't announce any stops. There are also nuances with organization: we had to walk to the hotel from the Red Square tour in the evening, because our bus left somewhere and we received our things only 1.5 hours later (Bus AN 5922-5 with a dissatisfied driver). We asked about the boat and got the answer that they don't sail, although we bought tickets ourselves without any problems. I am sure that half of the bus did not visit the wonderful museum of the Great Patriotic War, because they did not know and the escort did not get off the bus with us, although she was obliged to be with the group and at least tell us something. (this is clearly stated in the program). There are a lot of questions and the Bi-tour company has a lot to work on. I hope our review will be useful to you.

Preparing for the new year always causes a lot of positive emotions, as well as a long-awaited trip with her husband, who finds it difficult to get anywhere for work. The expectation and reality did not fully justify themselves. This was my first trip to Moscow (12/19/24- 12/23/24), so I hoped for a good first impression of the capital, based on the fact that the travel agency takes care of most of the business (booking tickets, hotel, scheduled city tours), and you just have to enjoy the views of Moscow and a walk around the city.
It all started with the most banal thing - the windows of the bus were so dirty that nothing of what we were offered to inspect on a detour was visible through the window. This is the first time I've ever encountered such a thing, since I've been on tourist trips in principle!! As a result, when the bus stopped, people got out and threw snow at the windows, trying to clear them at least a little. For the night tour, the campers asked us to put the bus in order to see wonderful Moscow in the night light, which we were refused. As a result, our night tour was canceled. Julia, the guide, as it was written above in the reviews, did not show any interest in the work at all, there was no sense from her, there was no help, only refusals and a dissatisfied look. There were issues with the SIM card that we had from previous trips, where she insisted on buying a new one anyway, although our only question was to top up the balance on the card. As a result, after hearing our conversation, the guy at the hotel reception helped. There were problems with logistics in Moscow itself, and in order to save time, we had to build routes ourselves and get there on our own. Trying not to focus on these disadvantages, we enjoyed our pre-Christmas trip, but the impression of the tour company remained very unpleasant. Unfortunately, Moscow could not be viewed in all its splendor.

Many thanks to the Bi-Tour travel agency for the organized trip to Moscow for the weekend. A spacious, cozy bus, an easy road, cheerful and polite drivers.
In 3 days we visited the most interesting and main places in Moscow (the Kremlin, VDNKH, Moscow City and others), cathedrals and parks outside the city, where the guide Asya told us about the history of these attractions. We always took the bus around the city, which made it very easy to get around, because Moscow is huge and you can get lost there. It was cool that there was a lot of free time to go shopping and just around the city.
The hotel was clean, modern, and located next to the metro in the city center.
Special thanks to the accompanying Nina for her professionalism, patience and attentive attitude to each tourist.
As a suggestion, I would like to add more thematic excursions and different guides at different locations.
