I bought tickets Minsk Warsaw Berlin, so I am a citizen of the Russian Federation (with Schengen), they didn't even let me on the flight, and they didn't let me say a word, just the arrivederci, and they didn't return the money, of course they can count their profits, but no one has heard about human rights, so they are there and you are responsible for it You will!!!

Hello, I want to share and recommend not to ride this company.8.10.2020 we crossed the border through three sisters, crossing the border, we waited for this bus from the Russian Federation for more than three hours and plus, we still waited until the stewardess filled the empty seats, picking up others from the streets while taking a good amount from each, she did not react to our reactions that people were late for planes, trains, drove what that is a separate list for those who were hooked, we froze while waiting and as a result, some people had a trip ten times more because they did not have time for other transports.I do not recommend this company!!!

Personally, I consider Ecolines to be one of the best in the business. I use their services quite often, moving from St. Petersburg to Moscow and back. Not a single complaint.
