For a week I tried to call the right manager, no one called back to my unanswered ones, and when in the end I was able to clarify the necessary information - monosyllabic answers with no slightest interest in selling (((( It took me so long to get through to them, because the prices are reasonable and there is the product I need, but I will go to their to a competitor who has a solution twice as expensive and simpler, but they pick up the phone the first time, consult normally and show interest in the client. Sales scripts are probably unattainable peaks for this office and this is in the 21st century(((((
