We dealt with VIP Consulting. It was a real nightmare. The level of inadequacy of two employees (the head of the sales department and another one) is simply off the scale. They promised to call back and did not call back. All they did was blatantly lie about everything related to the deal. Behind the back of the third party, they called this side bad names. For sure, I was also called names by a third party in order to please everyone and be good for everyone. The head of the sales department talked to me, her client, very often, like with a baby and called me sunny, they both addressed their customers as "you"! And all the time they tried to find out personal information (they asked about the place of work, the place of study, the relationship with the opposite sex, the cost of my clothes and other things that do not concern them at all), they even insisted on getting answers! Also the beginning. The sales department called me an infection with a grin. In general, they bullied as soon as they wanted! They actively demonstrated their disrespect and tried to show their superiority, or something... They reasoned that if they put on my clothes, they would immediately have the same legs as me.It is worth noting here that first they would have to lose weight to my weight, i.e. lose 20-30 (or more) kg.
It was very unpleasant for me to listen and endure, for my own money!
