Thank you, we arrived in Minsk earlier than planned, everything is fine! In general, we liked the way the Minsk Druzhnaya - Moscow Domodedovo transfer service was provided by your company Virage-M. Operators are constantly in touch, promptly answer questions, drivers do their job in good faith, and are polite. As for transport, we were much more comfortable on the King Long bus than on the Volkswagen Crafter. The car seats of the minibus are absolutely not suitable for long-distance trips: the seat is very narrow and narrow in the back (it does not work to cling to the back, although we are incomplete), with a downward slope in front (when braking, you move out). There were some errors among the operators: they did not get in touch on time a day before departure, as promised. They had to remind themselves of themselves several times during the day. They also confused the mode of transport, but apologized and got better. I think this is due to the fact that not one person is engaged in the same application, but several in shifts. Thank you again for the service rendered, we arrived on time and despite the fact that our flight was delayed, you put us on the next nearest one - this is very convenient and is a huge advantage!
