COMPASS is the most lame tour operator! In two weeks of the request, not a single clear answer! Grand Tour of Italy-Paris June 4 to June 15, 2016. The guide did not meet us at Rome airport. We spent the day at the hotel waiting for the guide. They were placed in the suburbs of Rome, although they promised to be in the city center. In Paris, not only the guide did not meet, but also the transfer from MSFMonde Sans Frontiere. There are lame hotels all over the tour. In the suburbs or in obscene areas. But we planned the tour in 3-4 months! The names of the hotels were generally given before departure, without even giving us the right to choose! And it's not free, it cost a lot of money! I ask you to answer why such a disregard for the domestic consumer?! Who will give you an answer and when?! And how will you compensate for the moral and physical costs?! Not to mention the material
