A young guy had his face cleaned today. Wonderful master Ekaterina! Gentle hands, every action is explained. As a bonus, we received recommendations on care and mask samples. Before that, we went to a state institution, where a nurse was rushing between three couches, to no avail. After that, the guy declared that he would never go to the cleaners again. But then I remembered that two years ago I was told about Master Ekaterina from this salon in Bilevo. And even though it was a little far for us, we signed up. Yesterday I visited this barbershop for the first time to cut my son's hair. Unfortunately, we couldn't get to the master, who constantly serves us, due to illness.. ALAS, with a capital letter (it would be better to have suffered for some more time without a haircut). The child was served by a young girl, if my memory serves me correctly - Nastya. I immediately expressed my wishes for what kind of haircut we wanted and waited. At the end of the work, they called me and asked if everything was fine. The haircut, to put it mildly, was done with a "C" and I asked the master to make adjustments as politely as possible. Unfortunately, she couldn't do anything decent. I was told that the "shape of my child's head" was to blame for everything and it was simply impossible to do something minimally similar to a haircut))) My poor son... Yesterday I found out for the first time that something was wrong with his head))) And thank you very much to our regular master Tatiana, who can make a "candy" out of any head!!) So, I'm inclined to think that the problem is not in the head, but in the hands, growing, sorry, from the wrong place. There was an older woman next to the master (the receptionist, apparently), who recommended that we go get a haircut in other places, since we are so picky) I think this is as incorrect and unprofessional as possible. Any service performed for money must be performed efficiently. And if there are not enough skills for this, it should not be performed in principle. In general, the impressions of visiting this institution are the most unpleasant. I do not recommend anyone to waste their time, money and nerves in this place. I am attaching a photo below. We recently moved to this area, decided not to mess around and try a barbershop near the house. We were delighted, now we are served only there. I entrusted Anna's hairdresser with my first square in my life - and was fascinated by the approach, advice, result and compliment from the institution - a mask for pens while the haircut process was going on. When it was necessary to get the baby's first haircut, we went there without hesitation. The result exceeded all expectations - the hostess met us from the threshold, endeared the baby to herself, offered to play the synthesizer, brought books during the haircut, distracted the baby, he never made a sound. It's just a miracle, we were satisfied. I definitely recommend it.
