I addressed the problem that the operating system does not load on the laptop!There was important information on the desktop!I asked if possible to copy everything to the hard drive if they could not "revive" the laptop!As a result, the laptop was fully restored (they put a new SSD disk, installed a good assembly of the operating system, all the necessary drivers), threw off all the information on an external hard drive as requested!And the most important thing is that we did all this very quickly!I left it for repair in the morning, they already called at lunch and told me to pick it up!THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO THE WHOLE TEAM!

The service center is just a name. I don't even know what they can repair at all. of all the things I brought for repairs, nothing was repaired, I have to take them to the city. the last attempt to repair the DVD. the boy who was there explained that they could not repair such a thing. ((the drive did not open). the reason, according to the receiver, is the old model, the inability to find spare parts. as a result, I came home and repaired it myself in 10 minutes, replacing the usual apiary in the drive. the photo shows a very expensive and scarce detail :)
