The only drawback is the lack of staff. Because the cashier first serves customers, 5 people, then runs to the cashier and counts them, the rest are waiting. Then he runs to the distribution again. Then back to the cashier. If we had added staff, everything would have been fine.

Great dining room. Prices have risen a bit over the last 10 years. The quality and taste are always acceptable, the variety of dishes allows even the most selective people to eat well. I'm taking off a star for a very inconvenient entrance. Two doors are located in such a way that a person with bags or with a stroller and a child, as was the case in my case, will not be able to enter without gymnastic tricks. There is no fixation on the door, the passage is narrow. But in general, after suffering, you can then have a quiet lunch for an adequate price.

In the kitchen, everything I've tried is delicious.
The pastries were not the freshest, the sausage in the dough was tough. It was necessary to find out whether it was today's or not before buying.
But in general, everything is very healthy and budget-friendly, the portions are large. Especially in comparison with what is usually given near train stations in Russia.
I highly recommend the place to anyone who stops for a transfer, and just who happens to be in Petropavlovsk.

I came here solely because of the fact that the establishment is not far from the hotel and because of the good reviews.
The first impression was good, there are a lot of people in line, which means it should be worth it.
We went on a weekday in the late afternoon.
Everything was fine for the price, not expensive, but the dishes were cold, perhaps just because of the flow of people, they were heated in the microwave for literally 30 seconds and switched to the next customer.
I am sure that if you come here when everything is just cooked, it will be very tasty, but in my case we couldn't even finish everything we took.
The only thing I can highlight is the compote, it was really delicious, and the cold pasta and soup were not impressed at all

Хорошее месторасположение, самый центр города, уютная обстановка, чисто, хороший ассортимент блюд, цены на мой взгляд немного завышенные, но приемлемые, приветливый персонал, в обеденный период обычно большие очереди, и столики все заняты, но если подождать 10-15 минут, то можно и дождаться свободных столиков, в другое время места обычно есть, самообслуживание.

Не дорогая столовая, вполне отвечает всем средним требованиям. Нормально готовят , неплохо оформлено, в уборной не очень чисто.
Работает как я понял круглосуточно. Плотно позавтракать, бифштекс с гарниром и зерновым кофе американо можно за 1500 тенге. Так что в целом неплохо.

Заезжали всей семьей 6го августа 2023г покушать, ассортимент хороший, кафе в целом понравилось, цены приемлемые, но двое из нас брали борщ со сметаной и их благополучно пронесло))! Я ел солянку, но сметану не ложил, все хорошо. Получается либо борщ , что сомнительно, либо сметана стоящая на кассе в тепле!

Отличное заведение где можно вкусно и недорого покушать. Очень хорошая проходимость. Но как оказалось и от некачественной нды не застрахованы. Спросил осталось ли еще мясо по-французски - сказали да и вынесли откуда то последний кусок. Кушать его было невозможно. Был посторонний запах. Откуда взяли его непонятно. На остальные блюда нареканий нет, все свежее. Руководству и сотрудникам внимательнее относиться к остаткам еды - не гонитесь за копейкой в ущерб репутации!
