Terrible customer service. A call to a Call center is a stress test! I've been calling all possible phones for two days. The call was either dropped, or no such number exists. Today I finally got in line and ... I spent half a day, the queue reaches number 9 or 12, and the connection is cut off. Why does a state-owned unitary enterprise treat its subscribers this way? And the main thing is that where I live, there is no other alternative. Sadly.
