Absolutely tasteless. The "Chocolate honey cake" is just terrible.. the cake was decorated very beautifully, but it tasted good.. I don't think I've tried anything worse, no one has eaten it, the money is wasted. We won't buy any more here.

I completely agree with previous reviews: the quality is deteriorating, and appetites are growing. Prices in general are something: 600 grams of new items- 35 rubles, it's almost 70 per kilo. Are there not eggs and flour, but black caviar?? The hostess or whoever is instagramming is just rude, she doesn't care about the client at all, they take it and it's good. We ordered Napoleon for ng, so half a pound is just a crumb to increase the weight. The decor is a separate story, at first it was included in the price of the cake, and then it began to cost separately. Moreover, you can easily mix up orders and not even apologize. The cakes are periodically not fresh and the weight does not match the declared one. In general, we will not order more, there are enough pastry shops that respect themselves and customers in the city.

I'm making a second order of cake at this bakery and it's a complete disappointment. I ordered the first cake, there were some flaws that I turned a blind eye to. But the second time it was impossible to remain silent! I ordered a birthday cake for July 4, they said that it would be ready on Saturday in the morning, i.e. I can assume that it was also made on Friday, but that's not the main thing. They made me a completely different cake!! My friend picked me up and asked her to check to make sure everything was fine. As a result, the cakes are completely different. They said that the pastry chef was "mistaken." Thanks for ruining the party. I now associate Tevye with irresponsibility and disregard for customers. Photos of what I ordered and what was done.

She politely answers this in the comments, but in fact she was rude to me when there was a controversial issue about delivery. And she also made a lot of irony about the fact that I suddenly remembered my rights. And in general, I calmly clearly and in fact indicated what was wrong, but the hostess did not admit guilt. I showed the correspondence to several friends and they were shocked by her tone. So everything will be fine with you until there is a problem, do not expect a good attitude there, the hostess absolutely does not accept criticism. Since then, I don't order anymore, and neither do those who saw the correspondence.
