I attended an appointment at this center on May 28, 2019 in order to get a prescription for reading glasses. I was not particularly enthusiastic about this clinic. It all started at the cash desk when they said to pay 14 thousand for the reception, without mentioning a discount of 1 thousand tenge for pensioners. To our reminder about this, the cashier replied that it was not such a large amount. Next, I underwent a general examination, which took 3 hours, taking into account the queue, and returned to the therapist. The therapist, Hwang O.E., strongly recommended that I undergo a cycloscopy, for which I had to pay an additional 3 thousand tenge. After paying extra and sitting in line for another hour, I finally got to the doctor (the surname is not legible on the seal, only the first three letters are visible - Giz. I immediately had doubts about the qualifications of this doctor, since she mistook my scar from childhood trauma on the cornea for a foreign body. As a result of examining my left eye for 20 minutes, she offered to pay another 4 thousand in order to show me to the head for an accurate diagnosis - retinal blindness. I refused this offer, as the examination time was too long and was already 5 hours. When applying for my medical card, the therapist strongly recommended retinal surgery in the conditions of their center, the cost of which was about 47 thousand tenge. Upon arrival home in Kokshetau, I visited an ophthalmologist, underwent an OST, in the conclusion of which it was indicated that no pathological changes were detected.
