I made an order, a Wrappless toy (a furry little animal in the form of a bracelet).

I arrived at Tivali, while my husband was distracting my daughter, I took the toy. I wanted to check on the spot, but they said that there were no batteries included, they say, here's a receipt for you, if something is wrong, you will return it.
Because the toy was from Santa Claus, I had to check it in the evening when the child was sleeping. The day after the purchase.
I was very upset... According to the packaging, if you look closely, it already became clear that it was in use (the corners were dented, the tape was peeled off). The toy itself was already "charged" with batteries, the eyes were scuffed (scratches). When turned on, only one eye lights up, and the biggest disappointment is that the mouth does not move, although it should.
So I came to return the toy, a girl with a dissatisfied face started talking to me, saying that since I ordered it online, it means I have to call a consultant.. although, the receipt and the toy were purchased at the shopping center.
As a result, she called the owner, who in turn agreed to a refund, but the girl said that he ACTUALLY could not return the money, they say he has the right to do so.
When the owner asked the girl what exactly was wrong, she replied: "I won't even ask!"
In turn, I explained that according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, I have the right to a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, in the same configuration as I purchased + receipt. Moreover, I bought it from them and that I can show exactly what confused me..
If someone is against it and does not want to make a refund, give me a complaint book and we will resolve the issue differently.
I believe that it is necessary either to discount such goods or to withdraw them from sale. (In another store, for some reason they immediately told me about the marriage).
As a result: there was an unpleasant aftertaste, precisely because of the boorish attitude of the girl.. After all, I wanted the child's holiday not to be spoiled. And, in principle, she did what anyone would do in my place.
