The establishment positions itself as a bar, karaoke club and billiard room, but, unfortunately, it does not reach a decent level in any of the directions. This is a complete failure on all fronts.
The contingent leaves much to be desired — mostly companies of tipsy men from the factory and ladies over 40, creating far from the most comfortable atmosphere. The staff demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, and they clearly haven't heard about respect for guests here.
The pricing policy does not correspond to the quality of the service at all. Food and drinks are at the level of a cheap canteen, but are served at prices that are clearly not justified by the level of the establishment. The billiard tables are in poor condition, and karaoke is more like a chaotic rant than a playground for those who really want to sing.
Ratings:
— Billiards: 3/10 (poor quality equipment, weak conditions)
— Bar and food: 2/10 (the level of a cheap eatery, but at an inflated price)
— Karaoke: 2/10 (mostly shouting, not performing)
The overall impression is of an institution that does not deserve attention. Disappointment on all levels, I do not recommend visiting.

An excellent institution, a good kitchen, the only investment in repairs is required, during the wedding the air conditioner flowed on the head, well, these are questions for the management, how so, the staff is polite

The extra charges in the establishment are unrealistic (only local oilmen will pull the price tag). The staff does not know how to communicate with their guests, and why would they do that if there is nowhere to go in the city at all. Therefore, for lack of anything better, people go to this institution.
