Свободный проход пешком и на велосипеде, свободный въезд на 132 автобусе из Твери на территорию заповедника. Ограничен проезд автомобилей, он осуществляется только по пропускам. На территории запрещён туризм, сбор ягод/грибов, охота/рыбалка и т.д.
