*ARIKAN CLOCK* For my wedding, Slazenger brand from a watchmaker in Aksaray, Sl, which says “since 1881” on me. i bought a watch model 9.1896.2101. I preferred it especially because I was told that it would not be waterproof; however, just two days after receiving the watch, he took water in during a simple hand wash. Since my wedding was a week away, I could not guarantee the first problem immediately, I reported the situation to the place where I received it, and I took the watch to the guarantee after the wedding. The watch was given back to me by saying that it was repaired, but when I used it again, it took on water again in the same way. I gave the warranty again, it was delivered by saying ”repaired" again, and now I'm having the same problem for the third time. I was a victim of the fact that a watch that should not be waterproof constantly receives water even with just hand washing, and although I went to the warranty process every time, the problem could not be permanently solved. I am requesting that this watch, which I bought by paying approximately TL 4,750 in cash, should no longer be repaired and that a refund be made. I want this product, which constantly gives the same malfunction, to be evaluated within the scope of defective goods and my refund will be made as soon as possible.
