But my watch has no phone, email, note, etc. a watch was sent to my address without giving any information about whether a transaction was made with the problem or not. I bought this watch from a "reputed reliable manufacturer" for so much money Tuesday. If I was going to face such treatment, why was I told that when I contacted the service, I would definitely be informed that a refund would be provided to me. You have both deprived me of my time and failed to stand behind your product. I bought a watch from Konya for the first time and I will never buy it again, I don't mind around.
