A nightmare, not a store! Run from this "Penny" on Pervomaiskaya street, 137 b as from fire! We stopped by for bread on Sunday for just a minute and regretted it. The service is at zero: the sellers are rude, it seems that they are "under the degree" — the reaction is slow, they stink of alcohol. But the scariest thing is the cash register. They obviously punched too much! There are some positions in the receipt that we did not take. We noticed when we came home, we didn't want to come back because it was late. The sediment remained. Apparently, they hope that people don't check. The prices are not small at all, but the assortment is poor, and it feels like the products are stale. It feels like there are people working here who don't care about customers and the fact that money is being stolen from their pockets. Avoid it, so as not to spoil your mood and not be deceived!

Visiting Kopeechka on Pervomaiskaya 137b is an experience that you want to forget as soon as possible. What's wrong: 1. The prices are not from the name. The name "Penny" is a cruel hoax. Prices are 10-15% higher than in neighboring chain stores. No savings, just a bonus for the inconvenience. 2. Assortment and freshness. Half-empty shelves, eternal disorder. Green dots regularly appear on bread, and dairy products should be searched for the date of manufacture as a treasure trove – often a day or two overdue is already in the window. 3. Staff. Cashiers talk as if you've interrupted them from their most interesting activity and now you have to put up with their rudeness for it. Neither "hello" nor "thank you". It seems that the buyers are only hindering them. 4. Cleanliness and order. The trading floor is dirty and sticky. Near milk fridges, there are sometimes puddles of leaking goods that no one is in a hurry to clean up. The smell near the meat department discourages any desire to buy anything there. 5. Queues. Even if there are 3 people in the store, the queue will stand for 10 minutes because the cashier is slowly counting the change, talking on the phone or just staring at one point. Bottom line: This store does not exist for customers, but for some misunderstanding. The only reason to come here is if everything is closed and your house is on fire. But even in this case, it is better to walk an extra 5 minutes to any other store. Here you will overpay, risk buying overdue and spoil your mood. I won't set foot here anymore. I don't recommend it to anyone!
