The rules of the "cashier" state that you must offer a bag and be friendly, but in the "Penny" you only get dissatisfied faces and snorting cashiers. They behave as if they are managers or directors, and not just simple maintenance staff. The shelves are always full of holes, empty, there are no price tags or they don't match the product, but the cashiers stand and chatter among themselves or with customers. There is only one ticket office open during rush hour, and that's with sighs, glances, and expressions of displeasure.
