The worst store in Vitebsk. There are huge queues at the ticket offices, which are not all open. There are no self-service cash registers. Cigarettes are sold at the cash registers, which greatly slows down the speed of service. There is no bread in the evening, after 18.00. The selection of products is not very rich, probably due to the large number of visitors, it is quickly running out. A separate problem is the culinary department. The staff appears here sometimes, you can expect them to appear for 15-20 minutes. The cash registers have QR codes to give an assessment or some recommendations, but they don't work.

Let's start with the staff, rudeness on the part of the store manager, I bought cheese that turned out to be moldy, they returned the money with a scandal, I had to write a review in the complaint book, which still has not received an answer, as I understand it, no one looks into the complaint book. The manager talked disgustingly, she was rude to both me and my mother, as if she was talking to her friends, who put her in this position and how, I will keep silent. Next, an older man sits at the checkout, who is always sneezing and coughing, does not close his mouth and punches products with the same hands, repeatedly got into such a situation, after that he simply turns away. There is an eternal problem with food, constant delay, cheese with mold, meat with a smell, it is almost impossible to get to the delivery of a fresh loaf and bread. You can write for a long time, but the conclusion is the same, I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!
