Today, on 30.08.2023, a child bought bread at the Kopek store, Korotkevich str., 24
, Vitebsk. As always, the check was not given to the child. I didn't see the expiration date right away. The photo clearly shows that the bread from 08/25.23. I went to the store twice to have the bread changed for him. In the end, I came home crying. We live next door. When I intervened, the sellers refused to change the product or refund the money. Moreover , the attitude towards the buyer was disrespectful . The product was left at the checkout, the money was not returned.
This situation is not an isolated one, it's just that somehow they always turned a blind eye to such cases. Probably, this practice is often found in their store. I hope the management will figure out this situation and work with their staff.

There are always queues in the store that exceed five or even eight people. Imagine a situation: You are walking home from work, tired and get into this particular store, where, on average, you will have to spend 10-15 minutes in empty expectations. Cashiers often seem sleepy, some of them are slow.
I think that you can only come here for basic necessities, we are afraid to take dairy products and meat products, since there was an incident of feeling unwell after the dishes of the cookery store's own cooking. Therefore, it is unknown whether they cooked from old products or simply forgot about compliance with storage standards?

When leaving, do not forget to take the receipt, otherwise, for example, ordinary apples can turn into the most expensive apples in this store, but only in the receipt and in your pocket, and the usual ones will remain in the package.
I do not advise you to take meat, because it lies there quite a lot.
Fish is a separate song, and you can take this type of food there only in dried form and then in packages.
Well, as it is, the store is just a miracle.
Aaaaaah, I almost forgot, if you want to remove the product from the receipt, after the phrase: "let's remove this product." Immediately close your ears, otherwise the phrase "Beckoning (for example), a LINE" can deafen and then "float belly to the top" like a stunned fish. Well, back again, have patience and time.
