The assortment is an ordinary small store within walking distance, nothing remarkable. There are not enough stars from the sky, but everything you need can be found. Minuses: 1) The logistics of visitors has not been thought out. When you enter a store, you want to take a shopping basket and go to the sales area, but there are no shopping baskets at the entrance. They are standing to the right at the exit from the self-service checkout. In this store, the entrance/ exit is not the most convenient place as it is, but this decision makes it even more difficult. Customers who enter must walk to the right to the exit from the cash registers to take the basket, while interfering with those leaving the cash registers or going to the storage lockers. The most interesting thing is that earlier (1.5 years ago) the baskets were at the entrance, but then the location of the cash registers was redone and the baskets were no longer displayed at the entrance. It doesn't seem difficult for the hall staff to periodically check the availability of baskets at the entrance and bring a new cart with baskets from the exit. But they don't do that. 2) The staff is mostly apathetic and inhospitable, the cashiers are always sour-faced. It's a real treat to see a positive, smiling salesperson in this store.

Good afternoon. I came to Belarus from Russia for the weekend. I ran into counterfeit alcohol in the wrong store in the country. I bought two bottles of cheavas rigal whiskey for 12 years. It turned out to be a fake. I wrote a complaint to deal with this batch of alcohol and return the money based on the results, addressed to the director in two copies. They refused to sign and accept.
