Price tags are often not relevant.Alcohol is cheaper than in the shops around. Cashiers are not always fast, which is certainly not clear when all the customers in a small store are in line.

I am writing 20210722 complaining about the penny of my city, namely along Gagarin Street, there are constant queues in this penny, the store is small and there is a queue for the whole store. If you go to the store at 21:30-21:50, then the saleswoman (yes, it is the saleswoman because even if there is a large, very large queue, one saleswoman works, even if the second one comes, the first one leaves) says the store is closing!!!
