All the stores of the Kopeechka chain are puzzling... The staff looks like a bunch of people who haven't been hired anywhere else. They can't even speak without mistakes. It's like the birds are solid. We are not talking about any service. Always looking unhappy. I don't come in unless absolutely necessary.
