Moreover, then there is a "free" diagnosis, which subsequently increases the cost of services by 2 times, but that's not all - later, after repairs, something else is done, which eventually leads to an increase in the price by 3 times. As a result, it is no longer possible to refuse, and the explanations for the "completed" works are very vague. 2 stars solely for the fact that the printer at least works

They always take into account the time possibilities of the clients. During all this time, only one cartridge came with a defect. It was replaced without problems the next day. I recommend it!

Nevertheless, the work on refilling the cartridge was done promptly (a little more than an hour passed). When entering the room, I had problems with logistics: it is unclear where and to whom to contact. I didn't see any signs or signs. You start looking into rooms and asking. I turned to the room on the right, three girls were working. The reaction to the appeal is uninterested, very busy. Communication is uncomfortable, the consultation is mediocre. The selection of the cartridge was an error, in my opinion it was corrected, the order was reissued. I bought a cartridge. In general, so-so, it can be worse. I did not like: logistics in the office, disinterest of employees, uncomfortable communication, inattention when making an application. I liked: location, assortment, average prices.

I ordered ink cartridges for an inkjet printer from them by bank transfer. We reset the invoice and the contract, we paid, called and specified the time of arrival of the cartridges at the office. Managers do a good job, but you can see by their face that they are tortured or angry or dissatisfied (director, raise the bonus so that they are more cheerful). The office is located among the houses, there is a place to park a car. Freshly renovated, upholstered sofas in the waiting area.

I completely agree with the previous review. The service is terrible, employees Anna and Alesya are constantly rude, homey. At first they refused to introduce themselves, then they gave their names. They refused to call someone from the management. They also refused to bring a book of complaints and suggestions. The second employee tried to break my phone. Later, one of the employees brought a guy who brought a complaint book. But, the complaint book given to me did not have more than one entry, apparently they did not bring the complaint book to other visitors after all. This book did not have more than one seal impression, it was also not laced. The employee who brought me the complaint book didn't even know how the book should be designed. I took a photo with my complaint. I will also send a complaint about this incident to the city administration at the place of registration of the company for further investigation. Below I attach photos of the employees on whom the complaint was written. I do not advise anyone to seek the services of this company.

"Experts" have diagnosed that a replacement of the paper feed roller is needed. Not only was the original video in perfect condition, but the cost of the replacement work alone was 65 rubles. And the roller snaps off and snaps into place in about 1 minute without disassembling the printer. I haven't even met such arrogant workers in a HUNDRED years.

I gave the printer for repair /diagnostics. They returned it with the words "We do not do this (firmware of chips through a programmer". Don't they have a $10 programmer? They explained what the problem was and eventually solved the problem by buying a programmer and finding a firmware dump from the first link in Google. I have been waiting for the diagnostic results for 1.5 weeks. The matter was urgent and such slowness brought down all plans and added additional expenses for printing services. The only advantage is the room and location of the service. That's it.

Terrible service. The building stands in the courtyards, parking is a huge problem. The staff is absolutely not friendly, they sit with lean faces, as if you owe them something. I left the cartridge and the phone number so that the master could contact me, since he was not there. They said that the master would call me back within 40 minutes. It's been over an hour, no one has called. I typed it myself, to which I was told that the cartridge was ready. I probably should have guessed it myself. The cartridge was refilled disgustingly. The print is not bright, the shades of gray are generally semi-ambiguous. I compared it with the seal "before" - it's just heaven and earth. I will never use the services of this company and will not advise anyone.
