In winter, they save so much on heating that even the sliding door is turned off. The ventilation is badly thought out and the rooms are stuffy in winter. There is no infrastructure. The passage to the stairs has been "temporarily" closed for a couple of years, although everything is fine with it. The pump often falls off and there is no water on entire floors, and in principle it is only cold, which is especially annoying in winter, when it's cold - you can't really wash anything, not even your hands. The windows don't open, and sometimes they don't even close, which is especially fun in winter. The cracks are such that you can hear whistling in windy weather, and even the ceiling collapsed in the corners of the rooms on the upper floors. The exterior panel from the 5th floor fell on someone once, there was a kick-ass scandal...
