The look may be modern, but there are a lot of flaws that are hard to put up with... The elevator breaks down every day. The rent is too expensive. On the one hand, the stench from the glass factory on the other, the stench from the sewage treatment plants. Transportation is terrible. In winter, they save so much on heating that even the sliding door is turned off. The ventilation is badly thought out and the rooms are stuffy in winter. There is no infrastructure. The passage to the stairs has been "temporarily" closed for a couple of years, although everything is fine with it. The pump often falls off and there is no water on entire floors, and in principle it is only cold, which is especially annoying in winter, when it's cold - you can't really wash anything, not even your hands. The windows don't open, and sometimes they don't even close, which is especially fun in winter. The cracks are such that you can hear whistling in windy weather, and even the ceiling collapsed in the corners of the rooms on the upper floors. The exterior panel from the 5th floor fell on someone once, there was a kick-ass scandal...

A great center for children and youth!!! We are taking a child from Rechitsa, because we do not have similar destinations in our city. Electrograd. The child likes it very much. Thank you for such a wonderful place. The only drawback is that you cannot enter the parking lot closer to the entrance, you need to unload the child on the side of the road or from the back of the building. It used to be possible to drive up. And now, even on Saturdays, the parking lot is almost empty and the barrier does not work.
