We recently visited this wonderful Korean restaurant and were absolutely delighted! We ordered hemultan udon with beef and marayuk wo — everything was incredibly delicious! I was especially pleased with the presentation: each dish was brought with attention and there was a panchan as a gift. The atmosphere in the restaurant is just wonderful: it is very quiet, cozy and spacious, there is a long distance between the tables, which makes you feel comfortable. A great place to have dinner with friends or family. We will definitely come back!

I love this restaurant! Excellent Korean cuisine. I was in Vladivostok, I ate with the Koreans there. There is a difference, of course, but in Astana it is no worse. Unfortunately, I haven't been to Korea. When I get back from there, I will definitely add this review. Excellent service, courteous and professional staff, excellent and quality-appropriate price tag. In short, for many years now, I have been celebrating my every visit to Astana in this restaurant. I really liked the restaurant, it was cozy, clean and beautiful. The cuisine is Korean, very tasty. Pampushki in the east is generally a bomb. The waiters are very courteous, they know the menu well, explain which dish is made of what and how it is prepared. I recommend you to visit.

Well, there's a place, the tablecloth on top is stained with grease or water from the fact that they are constantly just wiped, and on ALL the tables, and the white tablecloth on the bottom hasn't changed at all for years, it's just dirty all over, fuu! I asked for a change, and when they changed it with GREAT reluctance, I saw it all, and they offered to move to the table next to it, which was also stained from their "cleaning." They don't put a clean tablecloth here, it's obviously terribly expensive. This moment is disgusting, but I was sick that day and didn't have the strength to go anywhere else, but I won't come here anymore.
The food tastes good, but damn, this tablecloth has knocked out all the desire to eat. They also smoke inside, this is some kind of backwardness in the early 2000s, all the restaurants seem to be moving forward, but here everything remains somewhere in the archive of time.... In short, some kind of fading place, although sometimes you want to eat good Korean food, but this place is losing all its positions.

I ordered takeaway food on December 1 through the Wolt app in this branch (order 273 from 1.12.23 13:06). After 40 minutes, I tried to pick up the food, but someone beat me to it. It turns out that the order was given to some courier without even checking for takeaway or delivery of this order. As a result, the courier left with my order!! I'm afraid to imagine how people felt when they ordered their own food but didn't get what they wanted!!
There was a girl in a Korean kimono at the reception. She turned out to be backward and not smart. I had to call the administrator of the institution. The admin realized the mistake of the staff and asked me to wait 15 minutes while they prepared my order again. But instead of the promised 15 minutes, I had to wait another 40 minutes!!!
While waiting, the same girl in a kimono said that there were no empty seats in the hall and asked to wait on a small ottoman at the entrance. Naturally, I didn't want to feel like a poor relative sitting at the front door in a draft. I had to call the admin again. To my surprise, half of the tables in the hall were empty!!! Fire the girl in the kimono!!!
Terrible attitude towards the guest! The service is disgusting!! I will never come and order anything from you again!!! I will punish you with money!

For some reason, sometimes there is no Japanese cuisine!!!?A guy running by with a hookah clearly hinted by his appearance that the law was not written for individual customers and hookah was not prohibited! And, of course, the restaurant with a very tired decor has lost its original gloss, BUT!!! The service and the taste of the dishes are captivating as always!
