I visited this coffee shop under the impression of another establishment of the chain and was just as impressed. Unlike the more intimate coffee shop on Kazybek bi, the location on Tauke Khan has 2 floors. The interior is decorated with taste. The tables are located at a comfortable distance from each other. They are mainly designed for camping in a large company: cozy sofas with soft cushions invite you to lean on them, enjoying food and leisurely conversations. I noticed that many visitors did just that – they came and stayed for a long time. Moreover, a thunderstorm had just happened, so there was no hurry. The menu is almost the same (maybe some cocktails are different, but I didn't notice any difference in the food). My favorite – a mix of Belgian waffles (hearty with cream cheese and poached egg and hearty with strawberries and whipped cream) was available. I really liked the glass, a medium-sized coffee cocktail (0.5 liters), with a huge scoop of ice cream. Good service. The first time I was alone, and the second time I visited with my grandmother (she is 90 years old), everyone was very friendly. I liked that the waiters are not intrusive, they do not do up-sale and cross-sale, completely leaving the freedom of action to the guest. At the same time, they are always ready to answer questions about the composition of dishes and help make a choice, if necessary. For me, such a respectful attitude towards personal boundaries was the most appropriate. I want to come here again.

We asked the waiter if onions were included in the guacamole, but we did not receive an answer. Therefore, we asked if there was an allergy. After a while, they came up to us and said we could not make you without onions. since you have prepared ready-made guacamole for serving with onions, and as I understand it, they can't make concessions and couldn't accept my order, I just had to order Alfredo pasta without onions , the service is 3 out of 5 stars , the kitchen is 5 stars , the bar is 5 stars The institution itself is its concept and rave fire We need to work on the service and start taking into account such small points as concessions to guests and not rejecting them, and then I think it will be fine.
