Scam is the best word to describe this place. Never had similar situation. I made a booking two days prior arrival, never been contacted by the property, nevertheless the property confirmed my booking. I arrived to Shymkent yesterday in the afternoon after a long flight and in the middle of snow storm. It took me almost an hour from the airport to reach hotel, and when I finally arrived, I had a most unpleasant surprise. The reception lady was very rude, asking me 40$ per night and trying to explain me that my 6$ per night reservation is a system mistake. I’m aware that 6$ per night seemed a bit too cheap but since this is a hotel in the small Kazakhstan city, I thought they lowered the prices due lack of guests. Anyway, we had a small discussion where she explained me that she’s paying her stuff more then 6$, and that her best offer can be 38$ per night. I didn’t want to trade, I made booking as usual and never had similar situation. I had to book another hotel since I was needed place to stay for the same night, so I lost significant amount of nerves and money. Avoid this place, it’s not a surprise that’s not on Google maps.

A great hotel with friendly staff and excellent service!!! Cleanliness and cozy rooms for normal money. The service is at the level of the best international standards. Free breakfasts with a "choice" menu. Cooking in the restaurant on order for lunch and dinner. Cordiality and real Kazakh hospitality, captivate with their sincerity Convenient location. Accessibility to all historical and cultural places in the city, about 5 minutes by car. Beautiful views of modern areas Shymkent. Comfortable guest areas on the balconies in each room. An innovative approach to solving the everyday problems of guests. Free guest parking.. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I was in it for the first time in October 2023, and the second time in July 2024. Changes, only for the better. Breakfast is now free. The price for the room has not changed!!!

Awesome number! We moved here from the Ramada where the room cost 45,000, but it doesn't stand next to this room that costs 25,000 even with a terrace! The rooms are clean and fresh! High! I recommend it!
