Hello everyone The good quality of the products of this company cannot be criticized-everything is super) But when it comes to delivery and packaging, there are questions that should not be in the 21st century, in general. Due to the casual attitude of the pickers, I had to experience not entirely pleasant emotions from the store twice. I ordered a bed for my son with niches for sleeping accessories: they forgot to put those niches... Well, I think it happens...they quickly fixed it, brought it back, everything is normal. A couple of months later, when ordering the same bed through Kufar, he mentioned that there was a jamb at the first delivery and recommended paying attention to it) And what do you think? This time, they forgot to put the slats on which the mattress lies, at the same time, no one presented any certificates of acceptance of the goods or the complete set during delivery. In response to reports of incompleteness, the warranty manager Alexander, instead of promptly resolving the issue, delayed a two-day discussion that he had everything according to the documents and wait up to two weeks for an answer to the claim of a shortage)) Thanks to the girls from the online store, who helped to quickly resolve the issue, although I had to go myself to pick up the missing items from the other side of the city. The desire to buy anything in this store is gone)

There are no questions for the store staff when ordering. It all starts later.
I do not recommend this company to anyone if you do not want to spend your time and nerves on waiting and lying.
The order was not delivered three times within the agreed time and time!!! We specially went to the delivery place three times, having previously agreed on the time and day (spending 130 km on the road, waiting until 12 at night in the hope of receiving an order, but no one ever arrived), then after 12 at night a call from the driver that he might arrive only at one in the morning, then another time only in the evening they reported that It didn't fit in the car…
Disregard and disrespect of the client!
Such companies have no place in the market.

I bought a mattress from them at the Domashny Hearth shopping center on Matusevich. I've been choosing for a long time, there are a lot of shops. I was looking for up to 1000 rubles. They all have very similar mattresses. As well as the sensations, and the insides. And the difference in price is 200-300 rubles. I bought it here because it was much cheaper, and the visible characteristics are the same as everywhere else. Plus it was delivered in 3 days. Almost all stores, if the mattress is not in the store, then they were going to deliver it for more than a week.
