Everything was fine, until the moment when they called me the next day after signing the contract and accepting 50% of the prepayment (25% had to be paid in the next two months) and informed me that the installment plan was not approved for me. I was extremely surprised, because the seller did not say anything about the long consideration of the possibility of issuing installments, I thought once they signed a contract and they took 50%, then everything is fine.
They informed me, either you pay extra, or take the prepayment and that's it.
There is something to compare it with, other organizations have more financial programs and customer loyalty.
I'm not going back to them anymore.
