I am a cargo carrier. I have been delivering various products to this institution for 2 years. The reception is disgusting.!!! You can queue for half a day and it doesn't matter if you brought one box or a whole car. There is always only one receptionist. The girls are like a match (both are rude). If you start to deny the right that someone was accepted without waiting in line, then you will be put in the end on principle. I am writing here because there is nowhere else to go.
