I liked the hotel's location, comfort and warm welcome. We were accepted ahead of the check-in time. The rooms are clean and warm, there is no smell of smoking, there is everything you need (kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, slippers, shampoos and gels, soap and a tooth.brushes with paste), snow-white bed linen and even bathrobes. Any issues that arose (regarding plumbing) were resolved quickly. The breakfast is hearty, delicious, in a pleasant atmosphere. In addition to the restaurant, the hotel has an exchange office with a good exchange rate, a kiosk with very tasty pastries. There are disadvantages everywhere, these are small things.

There is a cooler on the floor. One of the disadvantages: when booking via Yandex.If you have lost your reservation and payment, it's better to call and clarify. I was surprised that the receptionists insisted that they were not cooperating with Yandex. I had to get out my laptop and show them that I could book and pay for the hotel. I would not call the service customer-oriented and courteous: rather, the attitude is to blame ourselves, we do not cooperate with Yandex, a joint of Yandex, and sort it out with Yandex. Yandex.support worked quickly, was in touch, resolved the issues. In the exchange office at the hotel, rubles are changed to tenge only upon arrival.I have my passport, although it's Russian at the exchange across the street.
