We travelled from Moscow to Kazan and stayed a wonderful week in Korston hotel. The place is great, luxurious, comfortable and truly chic and clean. The staff of the hotel are very polite and helpful. Recommend to everyone who wants an exciting and memorable accommodation.

Korston Royal claims it is a 5-star hotel, but it is the worst 5 stars hotel I have ever been at. The rooms are big but not equipped, and there is no iron. The price of ironing and laundry are crazy high (you get 2 free ironing, though). The cleaning of the rooms is the worst I have ever seen, they came only changed towels and made one of the beds only, they didn't even bother to bring new drinking cups or make basic cleaning. The pictures of the rooms on the Internet show that there is a bathtub. However, our room didn't have one. The pool is small and stupid. The breakfast was decent. Once we weren't accepted entering one of the clubs in the hotel building, even though we were a 5-star hotel guest, the reception didn't do anything about it.

Отель совмещён с торговым центром, что очень удобно - нет необходимости выходить на улицу, если нужно что-то приобрести. На первом этаже большой фуд-молл с ресторанчиками на любой вкус, часть из них работает круглосуточно. Номера просторные, чистые и аккуратные, с отличными видами из окна. В стоимость номера входит посещение сауны, хамама и спорт-зала, которые расположены на 12 этаже. За дополнительную плату, в 300р., можно поплавать в бассейне. На 13 этаже расположен SPA-центр с тайским массажем. На 25 этаже находится ресторан с панорамными окнами, отличной кухней и шикарными видами на Казань. Также имеется большая собственная парковка. В целом прекрасное место для отдыха, рекомендую.
