Плюсы:
Локация - ближайший конкурент это макро на следующем перекрестке в паре км
Есть основные товары первой необходимости
Минусы:
Овощи зачастую плохого качества (морковь, свекла), повидавшая жизнь зелень
Тесно - с тележкой тут проблемно передвигаться из-за товаров, размещенных между стеллажами и холодильниками+очень много народу
Ассортимент меньше из-за маленького размера магазина
Обе проблемы решаются поездкой в новый филиал на ипакчи
