The operation was in Moscow and I had a chance to look at their shopping malls and large hypermarkets. How Auchan works, for example. I am generally silent about places for the disabled, there are a lot of them. Moreover, there is a huge fine from the traffic police if a healthy person puts a car in this place. Then, at the entrance to the market, there is a reception where you can ask for a wheelchair. They'll give it to you. Moreover, it is automatic on the button with a full charge. The accompanying person may not even walk next to you. You can even ride with such a stroller without an accompanying person at all. That's where all people are respected without discrimination of their physical abilities.
