Dear administration of the Karzinka chain of stores,
I am writing to inform you about an unpleasant incident that occurred in your store near the Beruni metro station. During my last visit, there were no regular packages at the checkout. Instead of offering a solution, the cashier behaved rudely and with obvious disregard. This was especially inconvenient considering that I had a lot of purchases and the lack of packages created significant difficulties.
Such behavior on the part of employees is unacceptable and causes dissatisfaction. I ask you to take measures to improve the quality of service and prevent similar situations in the future.
I hope that my complaint will be taken into account, and such problems will not arise in the future.

Instead of fresh and bright flowers that I would like to see, withered and drooping tulips. Their condition was far from ideal, which caused me confusion and disappointment. The cost of tulips also did not match their quality. There are 16,000 soums for one flower, which, in my opinion, is a pretty high price for such a product. And the rest of the flowers are also not in the best quality.
In general, despite the fact that the supermarket's assortment is impressive, I would recommend that customers be attentive and pay attention to the quality of the products offered. Perhaps the management should reconsider its policy regarding the freshness and cost of flowers in order to maintain customer loyalty.

идеальный филиал сети магазинов Корзинка, просторный, всегда по полочкам аккуратно разложены продукты, гастрономия и тд. сотрудники неплохие, но иногда попадаются на кассе грубоватые (случай 1 из 7)

Удобно расположена, прям на входе/выходе из метро, однозначно удачное решение, однако есть существенный минус в виде маленькой паковки, где толком то и негде встать. На кассах постоянные очереди из-за толп голодных студентов, но даже так в очередях не приходятся стоять дольше 5-10 минут.

Отлично всё, кроме очередей на кассе, это просто моя боль. Много разных продуктов, попадалось только свежее, просрочки ещё не видела. Всегда чисто и аккуратно, персонал приятный и вежливый. Но очереди, эх. Хотя все кассы открыты. Просто людей там много.

Вежливый персонал, большие очереди (но это вездесущая проблема, так что в принципе норм), широкое разнообразие товаров, что радует (не будем указывать пальцами, думаю вы и сами знаете у какой сети магазинов с этим проблемы), чистенько, опрятненько. Произвольно в разные дни "настаивают" на том, чтобы оставляли вещи в ящиках, что раздражает, при чём ящиков явно недостаточно и они не очень вместительные. Если испачкались, то в конце зала позади мясного отдела есть красные двери, если попросить впускают умыться/помыть руки/поправить одежду. В общем норм.

Хорошая корзинка. Приятные очереди за хлебом в конце магазина, есть всё что нужно. Опертивно работают на кассе, всё как в их рекламе ребрендинга. Парковка непонятная, хорошо бы пересмотреть, нет полос для пешеходов [Водители тоже после парковки становятся пешеходами]
