The location is excellent, from Kadikoy 5 min. The hotel is small. 4 (or 5?) rooms on the floor. 4 floors.
The rooms are tiny, of course..We had 4 rooms, but with accommodation for 1 person. I can't imagine how I would fit in there with my husband). In order for one to go to the toilet, the second one needs to lie down on the bed). The bed is comfortable. The pillows and the blanket are fluffy.
The shower cabin is small. With a height of 160 cm, I could only bend down to my feet by standing diagonally)
Breakfast. Well, nothing at all.. Bread (delicious, fresh). Butter and cottage cheese in single packs. Boiled eggs. Sausage, hard cheese, suluguni type cheese. Cucumbers, tomatoes (not tasty), olives (delicious). Everything.
Tea, coffee. There is an electric grill where you can make hot sandwiches from the list of products above.
But the courtyard from the kitchen is covered in greenery - this is a "place of power")). A very cozy wonderful place where tea / coffee is pleasant to drink at any time of the day and smokers smoke.
But it is also not forbidden to drink wine bought in the supermarket (and even the owner of the hotel made a company).
Room cleaning - if you say so)). We came for 4 nights. The first day was not cleaned from anyone.
On the 2nd day I found the cleaners. They are Russian speakers (Uzbekistan). They told me themselves: if you need cleaning, tell us, we'll clean it up.
She laughed) She said she hadn't littered yet.
Of the 4 rooms, 3 of them faced the rear facade. Just above the wonderful courtyard. And here's the jamb. There is a hammam outside the hotel. They heat it with firewood. And this smell of smoke will always be with you)). Well, of course, if you open the window.
If you like to cool down with an air conditioner, then it's probably normal. I don't like condos, I like an open window. And then I was unlucky ...
in that room, the windows of which faced the street, where the entrance to the hotel, my friend was happy. There is no smell of smoke, there is no noise (the street is small, one-way, there is even 1 car in 5 minutes during the day).
In general, I would probably return to this hotel if the location in Kedokey is convenient, and not Sultan Ahmed, where tourists usually stay.
But the location of the hotel close to the marina, from where you can get by boat for 30 lira to other tourist parts of Istanbul, makes it even more attractive.
In general, I recommend it.

Very decent hotel, convenient location, clean room, good plumbing. I recommend.

Not a bad hotel near the marina. Ferries and buses are a 5-minute walk away. Clean, cleaned on demand, breakfast is not a fountain, but it will go for a morning snack. But you can drink tea or coffee around the clock.
