In October 2024, I needed help - a consultation with a prosthetist, I called the registry, they refused, saying that the recording was suspended, when it would be possible to make an appointment, they did not provide information. I wonder if it's legal to refuse a client in this form?

I've been waiting for my drink for a consultation for 3 months. I drove from another city for 2 hours in one direction, for a consultation. Well, they took a 3D picture and told me where my fillings were, and where the caries was, I gave 80 rubles for the examination and the picture, and I did not get the disk in my hands. They said that I need to see another specialist for a consultation, which will have to wait 4 months, thank you.
Moreover, the problem was with the front teeth, I wanted to put a crown or an implant, but I was told that I could again convert it into a seal, which I would not even be able to bite, so that I would break it, and then it would be beneficial to have a crown, but on those teeth there is a seal on the seal and caries, from the tooth there is only the root is your own. In general, I do not advise anyone! Wasted time.
