I would like to complain about the disrespectful attitude I experienced at Istanbul Pendik Çarşı Koton store around 14.00 today. While trying a product in the store, I approached the attendant to ask about the size of a product. When I asked him to help with the body, an overweight male employee, I heard that he was called Omar Bey, he spoke in an extremely rude style When I asked about the product, he said to me, “The products are there, ma'am, you can take a look, unfortunately, we have business,” and walked away from me with a cocky and condescending attitude, without even looking at my face properly. I have never been able to match a brand like Koton with talking to a customer in this way, especially by someone I think might be a manager or one of the responsible ones. Although I only asked for a size as a customer, I was really surprised and offended to encounter such a disrespectful and uninterested attitude. I think that Koton's brand value is reduced by such employees. I request that the necessary warnings be made about these personnel and that steps be taken to make the store employees more attentive and respectful in communicating with the customer.
