We helped after a few persuasions, when we were really stuck with housing. We provided a shelter for only 5 days as an exception, and that turned out to be a hostel on the fifth floor without an elevator :) Legal assistance was also provided by a local organization, not by the Ark itself. I sympathize with those who have to deal with them fully... fortunately, there are cool Ethos and Nor Barekam in Yerevan. I haven't been to the office myself, and I just saw it after the fact.
