The cozy atmosphere, delicious cuisine and fragrant coffee create a feeling of homely warmth. Be sure to try the chocolate flan – it's true love from the first bite! We came to the restaurant to celebrate International Women's Day. The table was booked in advance, but when we arrived, we were seated at someone else's table. When they contacted the manager, she started being rude and rude. One member of our company suffers from allergies. Upon arrival, we found out about the availability of a banquet menu. But we were not warned about its existence. We asked for the opportunity to change the dishes, but the manager refused to listen at elevated temperatures. I was ashamed of her behavior in the restaurant. Eventually, we were offered to go to another restaurant, "Erzakhu." This suggestion seemed to us very insulting and wrong. After a long conversation with the staff, we left. We recommend watching the video recording of this event. Now we associate your establishment only with impolite staff and low level of service.

On Saturday, my friends and I visited the "bomb" restaurant "Ark" in Sukhum (Abkhazia). We booked a VIP room, the presence of karaoke in it turned out to be a huge surprise for us, there was a queue for microphones. Delicious food and cocktails, beautiful serving, clean toilets, friendly staff, a huge children's room, an aroma lamp with a pleasant aroma. They even called a taxi for us. Everything is suuuper!!! We will definitely come again!
