Hello! Recently, my friend and I came to you on a recommendation, but, unfortunately, we encountered a very unpleasant situation. At the entrance to the building, we were stopped by two employees of another institution located on the lower floors, who stated that our documents were allegedly fake and refused to accept them, forbidding entry into the building. At the same time, we had just crossed the border under the control of the border guard service, and there were no complaints about our original passports. Prolonged arguments at the entrance ruined our whole Saturday evening, and we were forced to leave for another place. I would appreciate it if you could figure out the procedure for admitting guests to your establishment and ensure that only your official staff checks the documents.
