The worst service and dry cleaning, the carpets were ruined, the dirt was dragged with some allergenic smelly products and wrapped. The pile was sticky and hard, and the carpet itself was dirty, and I couldn't sleep at night because of the stench. When I asked them to return the money or fix their jambs, they began to justify themselves, allegedly, I did not immediately turn around, so the dirt remained. No service, no quality, no apologies, but they claim to be premium. I don't recommend it in any case, save your nerves and money.

I sent them clean carpets that were just dusty, but they were delivered as dusty , and with an unpleasant smell, because it was wet from the bottom of the Carpets, even if they were washed, they were brought in poor condition, they lay wet for a day in the car, they were supposed to bring on Thursday , but they brought on Friday in wet condition, they lay in a cellophane they have a day in the car, so it stank, in general, in one word, they ruined the whole carpet for me, the administrator named Dana doesn't even listen and just hangs up, so I advise you not to take your carpets to the Carpet Suite, they probably send them to bloggers properly so that they are advertised, but they are zero in conscience, they don't work

This is a rare dermal cleaning service, the curtains were taken away and I can't get them to be delivered for a week already, and this is in 30 degree heat in Almaty. All 50 are at home. They feed you breakfast every day or send you their stupid answering machines. Who writes them laudatory reviews. You can see for yourself, otherwise I encountered such a nervous person for the first time in my life. Shameless.

The service is ugly, they do not respond to my request. They took 3 carpets, forgot to clean them, brought the dirty ones back, as a result, oily black spots appeared on the white carpet, took them a second time and brought them dirty again, took them a third time and the end......no carpet, no answer, they said it was washed and dried for two weeks, they did not associate with the head, the carpet was not returned. I appeal to the head, please solve my problem. I already had an experience of poor-quality washing a few years ago, I didn't say anything, I just didn't apply, by mistake I called the courier of this company again and the same thing happened. I do not recommend this "shop" to anyone, there are no other words!!!!!

Disgusting customer service. The delivery is delayed. They say they will bring it another day. I'm waiting for delivery. They don't bring it the next day either. Then they call and promise to bring it in an hour. I'm driving home across town. I arrive, but there is no courier. I've been waiting for an hour and a half. He's gone again. It turns out that this is a mistake! Utter disrespect for customers.
