I ordered a trip from Donetsk to Belgorod. I waited for the confirmation call all day before the trip. I dialed the carrier myself in the evening. I heard a disgruntled voice reproaching me for calling late. It turned out that I wasn't on the list, and there were complaints that I hadn't typed it myself. There was no apology, and the phone was disconnected. I strongly do not recommend this carrier!!! Boorish and negligent attitude towards customers!

I do not recommend this carrier. I booked a ticket from Donetsk to Krasnodar, discussed with the girl who recorded my application, the place where I need to get up on arrival. She assured me that the driver was passing through there and would definitely stop. I announced the ticket price of 3,000 thousand. And she said that she needed to come to the office on Artyom, the departure would be from there, I immediately made an appointment for the return trip. When we arrived on the day of departure, the office told us that they would not stop where I needed to, because they would not drive there. And the ticket price rose sharply to 3,500 thousand, they answered my indignation, if you don't want to, don't go! When I clarified the cost of the return ticket, there was no clear answer, they said maybe three and a half, or maybe four, who knows. In general, the company is not reliable, and people are not treated decently!
