On July 3, when the order was ready, I called, clarified, and confirmed that everything was ready. I called the courier. The courier brings only one pair of glasses, although I ordered two. I'm calling you back, the shift girl answers. He says that I should have told him in advance how many points I had, and that it was my fault. When asked to resolve the issue today, he responds in an arrogant tone that he cannot do anything, and talks absolutely without a client approach. Because of this, I had to call the courier twice, just to get what I paid for. An extremely unpleasant aftertaste remained
