Так называемые "охранники" не добросовестно выполняют свои обязанности - проезд открыт на въезд, а на выезд оказывается закрыт. Видимо спят они на рабочем месте с открытым шлагбаумом или это намеренно - мошенническая схема. Устраивают ловушку - плати, а то не выедешь.
